Yes. Speech-to-text is powered by Deepgram, text-to-speech uses ElevenLabs and AWS, and the LLM is powered by OpenAI.

Do I need tokens or API keys for the engines?

No. You do not need to manage any tokens or API keys. Everything is handled inside the platform.

Can I resell Fone AI?

Yes. We offer a white-label program that allows you to resell the platform under your own brand.

Can I make simultaneous calls?

Yes. You can buy 3 concurrent call channels for $15 per month.

What are credits?

Credits are used as you make calls. For example, 1 minute using AWS Polly costs 1 credit per minute, while ElevenLabs costs 2.5 credits per minute.

What happens if I run out of credits?

You can purchase additional credits. When making calls, the top-up credits are used first, and once they are exhausted, your plan credits are used.

Are there any onboarding fees?
